On biharmonic nonlocal MEMS equations with fringing fields
Abstract: We study biharmonic nonlocal MEMS equations
with fringing field. We construct a global solution by some appropriate
functional.
Next, we derive the dynamical properties. Especially, we show that the global solution converges to some stationary solution.
Finally, we consider the convergence rate.
